Are all the classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely, every class is designed to be beginner-friendly, so whether you're just starting out or getting back into I after a break, you'll feel right at home. Our instructors will always cater for the beginners in the class without dropping the tempo for the more seasoned clients.

What is the initial assessment all about?

The initial assessment is all about understanding you and your movements. We go through a functional movement screening to be able to locate the restrictions and weakness to help guide you into the right formula of classes to get back to your best self. We want to ensure you continue injury-free and pain-free.

How do the classes work?

All the classes are run in separate rooms with a maximum of 6-8 people per class. You'll follow along with the instructor who is following a pre-designed physio approved program and guide you step-by-step, and everything's designed to suit all fitness levels. Plus there's always room for questions if you're unsure about anything.

Can I join multiple classes throughout the day?

Yes, you can! If you're keen to double up or try different classes, go for it. This also includes booking a recovery session after the class. Just check the schedule to see what's on, and you're all set.

Can I claim the membership through my health fund?

Of course! Our studios are designed and run by physiotherapists so we can help show you how we can claim your membership through your health fund. Most clients report getting back $15-$25 per week which means your memberships are on a 25-35% discount.
